Ltd is based in the UK
and was formed 6 years ago. We offer independent
mortgage and financial advice to a wide
range of clients. We consider ourselves
lucky enough to provide a financial service
to four Police Forces, Avon & Somerset,
Gloucestershire, West Mercia and Devon
& Cornwall. The vast majority of our
business comes through recommendation,
rather than advertising.
The company is authorised and regulated
by the Financial Services Authority in
the UK, There are two directors, Marianne
Warren and Julie Kennedy.

The Company was formed by
Marianne who has for many years worked in the
financial industry, originally as a bank manager
for Nat West. Marianne splits her time between
the UK and her second home in the Algarve.
Julie
has worked with Marianne for 6 years and offers
a wealth of knowledge in the financial services
industry, having spent the early part of her
career in the 80’s running her own Estate
Agency, as well as becoming a successful Branch
Manager with one of the Worlds leading assurors
AXA.
We have a European Manager Brian Kennedy who
has worked in the financial services industry
since 1989 offering advice on investments, pensions
and mortgages. Brian is the ideal contact for
you working both in the UK and Portugal making
his knowledge of both markets invaluable.
Jan
Rexstrew has recently joined the team having
now moved full time to the Algarve after spending
many years in the region on holidays. Prior
to this and bringing up a family , Jan worked
in the International Division of National Westminster
Bank in the City of London, specializing in
Customer Services , Accountancy, Foreign Payments
and Reconciliations. |

team dealing with all aspects of mortgages,
which includes banks, building societies, surveyors,
builders, solicitors and insurance companies.
Our systems are fully computerised offering
quick decisions and turnaround with a customer
online tracking system.
Warren
& Co through its sister
company Warren & Co Independent Financial
Consultants offers advice on investment planning,
pensions, IHT, will writing, and all aspects
of financial planning.

team, with in excess of 60 years working in
